Premiere Pro How To Flip Video Vertically or Horizontally?
In this tutorial I'll show you how to flip video horizontally using Premiere's video effect panel. Of course, we'll also cover how to flip video vertically, because these two effects are closely related.
In Premiere Pro flipping a video is known as Vertical Flip and Horizontal Flip effects.
But there are at least two different ways to flip video using the UI:- Setting scale to negative 1 value will flip the video
- Using Vertical Flip or Horizontal Flip from premiere's effects sidebar

In Premiere Pro all video / audio effects are located under Effects Tab (Use Shift + 7 keyboard shortcut to open Effects Panel) on the UI.
To apply Vertical Flip or Horizontal Flip effects to your video, you need to find these effects under the Effects tab. In left side pane under Effects tab there is a folder for every effect. Searching is the fastest way to find video flip effects.
After you press Shift + 7 Premiere will open a list of all available effects, and a small search box on top.
Start typing flip into the search box.
Premiere will open only folders that contain the word flip.
